Day 1

Denpasar – Ubud (D)

Arrive in Denpasar and transfer to Bagus Jati Resort. Free at your own leisure before healthy dinner at the hotel

Day 2

Bagis Jati Resort – Yoga & Activities – Malabar Rejuvenation (B/D)

Early morning Yoga Session on the meditation pavilion. Enjoy your choice of activity, including Nature Walk, Aqua-Aerobic, Jamu Medicine demo, spa treatment, Hindu Canang making, Bali dance lesson, or Intro to Bali massage. In the afternoon, enjoy Malabar Rejuvenation a combination of 3 different methods of Ayurvedic treatment. Enjoy afternoon tea at the poolside cafe and continue with afternoon meditation.

Day 3

Bagis Jati Resort – Yoga & Activities – Ayurvedic “Shirodhara” (B/D)

Early morning Yoga Session on the meditation pavilion. Enjoy your choice of free activity or free time. At your own time, enjoy an ancient Indian Ayur Vedic science of healing, Sirodhara. Enjoy afternoon tea at the poolside cafe and continue with afternoon meditation

Day 4

Departure (B)

Morning free at leisure before transfer to airport for onward flight.

Private program - can start any day of the week and can be modified or operated in reverse
